Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will grant you total authority over your email box accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can create a new e-mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward electronic mails from one email account to another, create mail filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mail messages based on specific criteria set by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and select the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to a number of other mailbox accounts. Just specify the e-mail box you want to forward email messages from, then select the destination email box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
